Why ON IT SUPPLY
I believe in three foundational pillars to achieve supply chain success at any scale- leadership, talent management, and technology.
For more than a quarter-century, I eagerly tackled complex supply chain problems for multibillion dollar corporations learning how to apply visible leadership, effective talent management, and appropriately deployed technology to deliver results. Equipped with acquired skills, I created the supply chain consultancy, ON IT SUPPLY, to help small to medium businesses grow and supply chain startups go to market.
At my core, I seek to understand how processes work and design solutions to improve or innovate. As an engineer-in-training at university, I designed and built a softball pitching machine to enable a player to increase their batting average. At Ryder System, I was introduced to Lean Six Sigma and subsequently implemented warehousing, transportation, and light assembly solutions to improve my customer’s financial performance or market position.
Difficult outcomes have reminded me that excellence is a result requiring both a quality solution and acceptance. By living in the US, Mexico, Australia, and Singapore and managing teams in every global region, I adapted and adjusted solutions to achieve global acceptance and deployment.
Supply chains by design are collaborative environments. I have enjoyed collaborating with practitioners, consultants, and educators in raising supply chain awareness. At the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals annual conference, I chaired a track on supply chain performance management speaking from personal experience and facilitating sessions from other industry experts. The supply chain consultancy was launched from Singapore due to its unique position supporting small and medium-sized businesses and supply chain startups as they collaborate with the largest manufacturing region of the world and the most populous regional market.
ON IT SUPPLY is available to help your company or organization resolve supply chain problems, take emerging technology to market, or collaborate on industry initiatives.
